SHIPPING POLICY

We use a highly reputable door-to-door courier service to ensure fast and direct delivery anywhere in South Africa & worldwide.

 

South Africa:

We offer shipping for deliveries within South Africa at a flat rate of R85 or free shipping for orders over R1500. 

International:

We offer international shipping. Please mail us at hello@sawotiswim for a price and to arrange delivery.

Please note that international orders may be subject to taxes and duties, and this charge is completely at the discretion of one’s local government. Sawoti Swim is not held responsible for any taxes or duties charged by the customer’s local government.

Delivery time-frames:

Cape Town: Same day otherwise following day 

National major cities: 2-3 working days

National outlying areas: 3-5 working days 

International: 5-7 working days

Please note during launches and sales there may a 1-2 day delay in dispatching your order

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Sawoti Swim is dedicated to give you great customer service, so if you are not satisfied with the fit or style of your purchase then we will happily accept returns for a credit note. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds.

 

Returns are accepted as long as it is within 7 days after delivery and the garment is in its original condition and packaging, unwashed, and with hygiene liners, labels and swing tags still attached. For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear and without makeup or fake tan on.

 

Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer and we recommend choosing traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Sawoti Swim will not be processed. Please note that sale items and gift cards are are not eligible for return.
